The 'Church Building' on the Bertschi School campus on north Capitol Hill was done in conjunction with Bassetti Architects. RHA was hired as the Project Architect and was responsible for design development through contract administration with $1.2 million of construction successfully accomplished during the summer vacation.

RHA subsequently designed & managed the remodeling of the Lynn Street House, did some interior design work on the School House, linked the Church Building & the School House with an egress bridge and designed the interior & exterior color & finish palettes for the recently completed Hooper House.
